Father George Gonzalez is a priest, chaplain, and therapist for the Diocese of Brownsville Catholic Church. He holds a Master of Theology and Religion and a Ph.D. in Psychology. He provides prison ministry to the Prisons and Jails in the Rio Grande Valley. He teaches part-time for Wayland Baptist University. He brings an integrated approach in a spiritual, clinical, therapeutic, and pastoral direction to program development. He supports the need for education for the public and assessing the client’s readiness for change while addressing the needs and issues of our clients and inmates.
