Victor Fraga acquired his BBA in Accounting in 1987 from the University of Texas-Pan American and obtained his CPA in September 1990. He is the Director of Finance for Behavioral Health Solutions managing the fiscal department having served in this position since May 2012. In previous positions, he has been Chief Financial Officer, Comptroller, and Accountant/Staff Auditor. He enjoys spending time with his family-his wife Carrie, three children, and one grandson; barbequing, outdoor sports, especially football, bike riding, and landscaping.
