⚠️in light of recent events, we want to reiterate the importance of expressing your feelings in a positive and healthy manner, so we are extending the “Write It Out” Challenge another week! ⚠️
Many of us know May as Mental Health Awareness Month, and to continue the conversation and foster positive ways to deal with overwhelming feelings, we want you to WRITE IT OUT. Write one page on how you deal with your negative feelings, positively! Each submission will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a gift card, so sharpen your pencils and get ready to share!
